Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately and we will arrange this for you.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the order at your own cost, and we will refund your order as soon as it is received by us.

If your order is missing any items, or you run short of wool in a kit, contact us and we will arrange to send the items required free of charge.
