Shipping policy

We aim to ship kits within 1-2 working days.

 

If you require any item quicker, please send us a message and we will confirm if your items can be made on time (we try to accommodate requests whenever possible!)

We ship from the United Kingdom. Within the UK orders usually arrive 1-3 working days after shipping.

European destinations take from 4 to 8 working days on average, but can take up to 25 working days, depending on the postage system.

Worldwide orders take from 5-10 working days on average, but can take up to 25 working days, depending on the postal system.

Unfortunately delays in the postal system are out of your control. We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times unfortunately.
