Introducing Amigurumi Crochet Kits for Beginners
We specialise in a style of crochet called Amigurumi - the Japanese craft of crocheting or knitting cute animals. Our most popular beginner kit is the Giraffe Kit (as pictured above). This cute little critter can be made in three different colours (blue, pink or yellow).
We wanted designs that are a breeze to make, so our amigurumi crochet kits for beginners contain everything you need in a super cute reusable project bag, and detailed instructions to make it - taking the uncertainty about which wool to use, needle size etc out of the equation.
Our Arthur & Betsy Bunny Kit is also hugely popular. Both kits have Step-by-Step Video Tutorials available online - to make it easy to learn to crochet! So what's stopping you? Take up this fun, relaxing, and addictive hobby - and you will be making super cute Wee Woollies in no time!
The Story Behind Our Beginners Kits
Our founder, Lisa Dobbs, struggled with learning how to crochet herself and once she'd cracked it, wanted to make it easy for other people to learn.
What she would have loved when learning, was a kit with everything in that she needed, with YouTube Video Tutorials that matched the pattern, so they could be followed step-by-step, to learn at your own pace. That's why she created her own!
