Our luxury 'Tweed Knitting Blanket Kit', is the ideal relaxing, easy project, which works up quickly in cosy Super Chunky Yarn.

A classic design from Stylecraft, designed to give you a project with a simple design, that can be made with quick results! We love the neutral shade of Mushroom, with a small tweed effect, which gives a subtle textured look.

The yarn is super soft, naturally anti pilling, and tough enough to handle being thrown in the washing machine. Special XL Tweed is an ideal yarn for beginner knitters or those who want results fast!

Our Knitted Tweed Blanket Kit contains:

• Stylecraft Nice & Easy Blanket Pattern 9936 with instructions for 2 different blankets, one tweed effect, and one striped.  The materials included in the kit are for the tweed effect blanket.
• A whopping 2300g of Stylecraft Special XL Chunky Tweed in Mushroom
• A Pair of 10mm bamboo circular knitting needles (optional)
• A wide-eyed needle for sewing
• All packaged in a huge reusable tote 'Bag of Happy'

The completed blanket measures 140cm wide by 160cm deep (55 x 63 inches) and is easy to make using the circular needles and working back and forth as you would with straight needles - an ideal relaxing make for knitting whilst watching television or relaxing with a cup of tea and a biscuit. 

The completed make is a warm and snuggly large blanket, perfect for cosying up on the sofa with. The modern colours and look, will make the perfect addition to any home.
